EDITOR’S NOTE
As the clocks turn back and the weather turns cold, I turn back to my favourite genre, film noir, transforming “Noirvember” into one of my favourite months. Autumn is usually the time when life slows down. Time, instead of racing by, seems to turn on a new mechanism, marked by the changing leaves. But this November finds me not rushing inside, but safely seeking refuge in nature, with forest walks having become one of every day’s highlights, feeding my imagination the way the stories and fantasy tales from my childhood did. My interest in mystery and dark subjects is lavishly entertained, too.
