I will always associate summer with tennis. From the summer holidays of my school years, to the anticipation of Roland Garros every year, heralding the arrival of my favourite season, to playing tennis with my son, tennis has been a mainstay in my life. I revel in long tennis matches, wishing for each day to last as long as possible, as a promise of an endless summer.
